1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
RideTree

Germany
Email: info@ridetree.de
Website: https://www.ridetree.de
by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal.
We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
This applies only to the extent that the statutory requirements for a claim for compensation are met.
3. Notes on digital premium memberships
RideTree offers paid premium memberships under the names RIDE and RIDE+.
These memberships allow the use of additional digital functions within the RideTree platform.
The statutory right of withdrawal generally also applies if the booked premium functions are activated immediately after the contract is concluded.
An early start of performance does not automatically lead to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
In the case of services, the right of withdrawal may expire early under the statutory conditions, in particular if the service has been fully performed and the required declarations of the consumer are available.
In the case of ongoing premium subscriptions, the mere activation or use of individual premium functions does not generally mean that the entire contractual service has been fully performed.
4. Withdrawal and termination
Withdrawal must be distinguished from the regular termination of a premium membership.
Withdrawal concerns the unwinding of the contract within the statutory withdrawal period.
Termination ends the premium membership in accordance with the contractually agreed conditions.
A termination does not automatically replace a declaration of withdrawal.
The termination options and terms of the premium memberships are set out in the respective contract conditions.
5. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can complete this form and send it back to us.
